Youth, Sunday School, Relief Society, Elders Quorum

Music can and should be used in Youth Meetings & Activities, Sunday School Classes, Relief Society, and Elder’s Quorum Meetings.

Some of the best lessons can be taught and enhanced by the use of hymns. Although the singing of hymns is currently not a regular part of the Sunday Schedule, they are in no way prohibited from use. Leaders and teachers should carefully and prayerfully keep singing in their minds as they prepare for meetings, lessons, and activities.

Choirs from each of these groups can also be formed for special music in Sacrament and other meetings.
